Final Program for ISMANAM 2016 is available here.

Presentation Guidelines

  • ISMANAM 2016 presenters are allowed to bring any digital presentation materials for display during their talk. While we recommend the use of PDF and Microsoft Office PowerPoint files, if you still choose to present another presentation style, such as an Open Office or a Mac Keynote file, please ensure that your file format is usable and adapted to a Windows PC and Microsoft Office 1997-2003.
  • Please be sure to load the presentation data onto the session room computer and check for file format compatibility in advance during the break times in between the sessions.
  • Presenters can either connect their own laptop or use the PC provided in the session room. If you are using a system other than Windows, please ensure its compatibility or carry your own laptop.
  • Speakers are asked to promptly arrive to their respective session rooms, at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
  • The chair session is responsible for the strict observation of the starting time as well as the time limit of each presentation.

Duration of talks:

  • Plenary talk: 30 min (+5 min discussion time)
  • Keynote talk: 25 min (+5 min discussion time)
